Payroll Category link to superannuation Guarantee
I have a payroll category for when technicians attend Tafe and it is not being picked up on the superannuation guarantee - how do I make this happen

That’s spot on! It’s likely that the category is marked as exempt under the superannuation. To resolve this, you can review and update the exemptions for that payroll category.

It is not marked as exempt and has a little cross that says cannot be excluded from deduction and tax calculations
