Payroll Category link to superannuation Guarantee
I have a payroll category for when technicians attend Tafe and it is not being picked up on the superannuation guarantee - how do I make this happen

It is not marked as exempt and has a little cross that says cannot be excluded from deduction and tax calculations

If the item isn’t marked as exempt and there’s a little cross showing it can’t be excluded from deductions or tax calculations, it might need a closer look.
