Payroll CSV file upload

I am trying to upload a CSV file to Myob testing for payroll keeps coming up with this message (the activity ID field is required for this import) i have this field on my spreadsheet. Can someone help me with this? has anyone been using csv files to upload timesheets for payroll? would love to hear how it works

    Hi SoChlo 

     

    Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. I've had a look at the import file you attached, and am I correct that you are selecting Import type; Cards > Employee cards? 

     

    Looks like you have all the correct fields for that type of import, however you have labelled the Card ID field Activity ID.

     

    You can either:

    • Update the import template to the wording Card ID instead of Activity ID (so the automatch will recognise the field and match it)
    • or you can manually match that field on the Import Assistant. For instructions on how to match fields see our Help Article: Importing data.
