Payroll for multiple entities

We currently use Account right plus but not for our payroll, I would like to know if it will be possible to use MYOB for our payroll.

We have multiple entities with their own ABN that run under one company using the same bank account.

Would it be possible to use MYOB to process our payroll or due to the multiple entities would this not work when reporting STP?

There are five entities that we process payroll for which are processed individually, we are not looking at processing all five in one go.

Is this possible with MYOB?

    Hey trophy2503,

     

    Yes, you can run payroll in MYOB even with multiple entities. Since each entity has its own ABN, you’ll just need to set up a separate subscription for each one so STP reporting stays spot on. You can still pay everyone from the same bank account, and process each entity’s payroll individually just like you’re doing now.     Thank you for your reply.

    In our case, we currently use AccountRight Plus for the company. Based on our requirements, we would need to purchase four MYOB subscriptions to cover the four entities for which we process payroll.

    Each entity has between 6 and 12 employees, so based on the link you provided, it appears we would need four MYOB Plus subscriptions.

    Could you please confirm whether my understanding is correct?
