Thanks for sending through the screenshots; that helps a ton. Based on what you’ve shared, it does look like an older draft pay run is still being picked up.
I’d recommend:
- discarding the current draft pay run
- checking the employee’s pay cycle is set to Weekly
- starting a new pay run and entering the weekly dates again
If it still jumps back to 2022 after that, you’ll need to contact support so they can check the file more closely. You can do that by creating a ticket in My Account or connecting with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
