Payroll information for STP failed

Hi everyone,

Is anyone else struggling to submit their pays this week? Mine is fine (and sitting as a draft), but when we hit record, we are sent "Validating payroll information for Single Touch Payroll failed. "We couldn't check your payroll information for Single Touch Payroll Reporting" - I've checked all the details - everything seems fine? Is this a many problem or just me? and any ideas on how to remedy?

    Hi TerriatPepys,

     

    It’s never a great feeling when everything seems right, but the system still won’t let the pay go through. II had a look at your Community profile and can see this has already been sorted by our team with a backend fix script. If anything else comes up, you can always pop up a new post here in the Community or reach out to our team directly again.
