I've run my payroll twice, and it isn't recording in MYOB. After I press record twice it won't take me to the ATO declaration. It goes straight to the overview page, where it has zero balances for everything, & payroll has been wiped. I need to finalise payroll this evening.
I am talking to MYOB now. They are working on this issue. The case number they gave me is 03193641
maybe check if it has in fact recorded by looking at the Transaction Journal. Is it for a date in July?
Ate you trying to pay dated tomorrow 01/07? Or today?
I was trying to do the same date it for 01/07 however was doing the same. So decided to leave it until tomorrow as MYOB is maybe having issues with STP for the ew financial year start.
if you go to your STP reporting center it does not list FY 2026/2027 yet, I am assuming that is why.

Dated tomorrow. I have set the payroll up AGAIN for the 3rd time. And I will call MYOB tomorrow before trying again. I have read other threads from past years that show other people having similar issues as EOFY time & they say it was a backend MYOB fix. If I click on record again & the same thing happens tomorrow I will resign! I will update here if it is resolved tomorrow.

Does anyone have a payroll net amount duplicated, but the journal is recorded correctly
Same here. We have tried twice today to process payroll, dating the payment date 02.07.26. Cannot record, it times out. Any ideas?
Check the transaction journal to see if it has actually recorded
Check STP page again as FYE 2026/2027 only became visible in the last hour
If 2026/2027 now able to select, and the payroll is showing not sent, click to get to declaration to send (but only send one if duplicated, will need to reverse any duplication)
