Seems unlikely that it is the ATO, although I can say that while we could not see our pay run saved yesterday in the STP listing this morning, we can see it now and we have now started entering the balance of our payroll and done a test "record" which has completed no problem. So whatever it was seems to have now been resolved. Something of a wasted half day or so already though!
