Payroll not recording or finalising

I haven't been able to process and finalise my payroll at all this payroll year since 1/7/23.  I thought this was because I hadn't finalised last years payroll but apparently this is not the case.  I...

Hi,  are you able to run report for pay period and see balances and then once submitted to STP its all 00 is that correct. What doe sthe status say once submitted pending. sending or authorised. Just trying to help if I can :)

    Thanks Martens but doesn't show anything at all, its as if I haven't processed anything.  Shows no balances and no record of any ATO STP reporting etc.
