Thanks for letting us know about your issues.
I would like to get our developer team to look into this and see if there are any issues that could be affecting you or other customers.
Could you please send me a private message with the company GUID for the file, which can be obtained by opening the company file in the browser and copying the URL which has the long GUID string in it.
Could you please also provide me the email addresses and the first names of the affected employees.
Also, just to confirm, the email address you have used for each new staff is unique and has no been used before for a previous staff member's onboarding?
Have you also attempted to include a mobile number for the new staff members?

Is this a private reply? Just checking before I send you the GUID.
The two people i am trying to onbaord didnt manage to complete their details before the link expired so I deleted them and then tried to resend it to them. Is this causing the problem? Is there a way to fix it?

Thanks for getting back to me and providing that further detail.
To send a private message, you can hover over my profile picture and you'll see a "Send message" button.
However, no need to send through the GUID anymore, as I have identified your issue from your reply.
Last week we identified a problem thanks to our members posting messages like yours in this forum. There are some problems around sending invites once an invite is being deleted. We have raised this as a critical priority and it should be fixed in the next fortnight.
Until then, if you invite someone who was previously invited via that email, and then invite subsequently deleted, it won't work and if urgent, you will need to manually create the employee card.
However, once we address this, you shouldn't have this issue going forward.
