Payroll Password

I can't email payslips to staff  as I keep getting a request for password, however none of the passwords for MYOB are accepted. I rang MYOB about 5 weeks ago and am still waiting for a call back.

This year I have only be able to email pay advices about 5 times total.

    Thank you so much for your post and I am sorry to hear that you were having a issues when sending pay slips. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue and I do apologize for the delayed response. I'd be glad to investigate this one for you. Can you please reply with a screenshot of the error message that you get, every time you'll send a pay slip to your employee? Also, are you getting this error when using the browser version of the software?
