Payroll reporting not working
Was preparing wages and the pop-up window for the declaration is showing the url (https://cdn-stp.payroll.prod.myob.com) can not be reached... No systems are showing as down on the web. Is anyone...

I am also having this same issue where it cant reach the page, so clearly there is a problem. My workaround is to do it without delcaring then go to payroll reporting and submit from there as previously mentioned in this thread. There has to be a reason why its stopped working in the last week. MYOB not connecting via that webpage. I dont want to have to manually declare payroll each week since I have quite a few, just time consuming and an extra step. If anyone gets a resolution please comment. I dont believe is to do with the firewalls as we havent touch this in the last week.

There's a know hiccup at the moment affecting STP logins via AccountRight Live desktop when declaring pay runs. Bit of a tech wobble, but the good news is you can still get things done by using the browser version as a workaround. For any updates as we work on ironing this out, feel free to check our status hub. We'll keep things posted there as they roll in.

Thanks for the reply. I can still process by using browser to send to ATO so will do this until resolved. Thanks for confirming its an issue
