The message you received is only a warning message. If you will not use the bank file and only want to clear the prepare electronic payments, kindly change the date of payment to the current date. Please see the screenshot below.

Hi Doreen. That is exactly what the screenshot is showing you: the box has been ticked/ that's why it is outlined in purple- the screenshot image simply was not able to capture the 'tick' in the box...and myob is not recognising the action!

Kindly clear the browser cache and try using a different browser. If it still doesn't work, please create the bank file through your AccountRight. You may refer to the Help Article: Making electronic payments for more information.
