Hi Doreen. That is exactly what the screenshot is showing you: the box has been ticked/ that's why it is outlined in purple- the screenshot image simply was not able to capture the 'tick' in the box...and myob is not recognising the action!

Kindly clear the browser cache and try using a different browser. If it still doesn't work, please create the bank file through your AccountRight. You may refer to the Help Article: Making electronic payments for more information.

I have: cleared the cache & browsing history; used 'Incognito', used Firefox instead of Google Chrome....
Same result. I suggest there is a bug in the system that needs fixing at your end.
See attached unchanged result.
