I have done a payrun dated 2 July (and again today 3 July) . When I get to record, it goes through the "Blinking Page" process, then shows no pays recorded. I have tried on 2 different machines in 2 different places with no luck. Then I tried the Browser Version and got the error as per the attachment - same problem apparently. The error concludes "Get in touch with us" - Fat Chance Department I put in a "Support Request" yesterday and have had no reply. Like everyone else, I don't like spending forever on a phone call. This is a termination pay that someone is waiting on. Telling them that the software doesn't like it won't cut it. Just to check: Everything sets up correctly, the pay, the verification report, the pay run report - everything is as it should be (or seems to be). One thing occurred to me: I normally wouldn't put in a termination date until I have completed all this, but the Payroll Categories being used are reportable to the ATO as "Unused Leave on Termination". Could that be the problem? I don't want to do it that way if I don't have to. Any ideas?

This could be directly related to MYOB Pay Super. I have a friend who uses MYOB Payroll but uses a clearing house for their super - They've had no problems doing a pay today. Are you guys using MYOB Pay Super?

Come on MYOB - this happens every year. It is not good enough. It's people's pay so it is a very stressful situation to be in.

I finally got through MYOB - 3.25 mins later. They have to run script for it to work. Unfortunately you have to persist and sit on hold until someone answers. Ridiculous!

For this one, there's a fix. A script just needs to be run on the file so payroll can start recording properly again without the same issue popping up. The best next step is to reach out to our support team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, so they can run that script on your file and help get everything back on track.

I had the same issue. Rang MYOB, they ran the script. Pays recorded. But the script has zeroed out leave balances so they have rolled over as nil. Back on the phone to MYOB....
Same thing happens every year. Super frustrating and stressful. Payroll that takes 2 hours has taken 2 days. MYOB fix your product!
