I absolutely get where you’re coming from, it’s crucial the payslip is spot on, and having RDO hours showing up as personal leave accrued can definitely throw people off. You can sort this out in the browser version of the software. Just jump into the pay item, and right under the name, there’s a spot called “Name for pay slip”. You can tweak it there so it shows up exactly how you want on the slip.

I made the changes as suggested. We have just completed another pay run and the problem still exists. Any other suggestions?

That’s a weird one, thanks for giving my suggestion a go. Since it didn’t fix how things are looking on the payslips, the best bet is to get in touch with our team so we can take a closer look. GenreveGenreve_S is there any update on the payslip description orders? i have even tried putting numbers before each name eg 1.Ordinary Time, 2. Overtime... to try and get the order to print correctly.
We run three businesses through MYOB and numerous trusts and its becoming so much of a thing with employees we are considering changing to Xero
