Payslip Emails rejected

Hi

One of our employees emails rejects his payslip email for the past 4 weeks, had been fine prior to that, its only a recent thing without any changes to his email address.

We receive the following message :-

Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.

Subject: From South East Concreting P/L

Destination: jakedarrenwatson@hotmail.com

Sent: November 25th 2025, 10:58:30 am

Message: Please find attached your payslip. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the office.

Kind Regards, Jackie and Leonie

Diagnostic-Code: rejected

 

How can we rectify this?

    Hi adminSEC,

     

    Thanks for reaching out. That would be a pain, especially if it's been working fine before and suddenly chucks a tantrum over pay slips. It sounds like the email address might've been accidentally blacklisted by the system, so the quickest way to get that sorted is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team can look into it and whitelist it for you
