Payslip sent to wrong employee

We have multiple entities using MYOB AccountRight for years. Yesterday when we sent out payslips via outlook. MYOB ended up sending payslips to wrong employees.   For example, originally MYOB sho...

We're glad to have you here in the MYOB Community Forum. Regarding your concern, kindly try sending the pay slips again one by one to see if they will be sent to the wrong employee. Also, you may check the settings of your Outlook from your AccountRight. To do this, kindly go to Setup > Select Preferences > Click Emailing tab. You may also check The Help Article: Sending emails using Microsoft Outlook for further information.
