Payslips not being received by employees

Hi Team,

 

Some employees are not receiving their payslips. Their email ids have not changed and they were receiving the payslips till the last 2 pay runs.

 

I have been sending payslips directly from MYOB and their email domain is bigpond.com.

    Thanks for your post. Generally speaking this occurs when the receiver has not whitelisted our server with domain: *apps.myob.com. Please get them to check their spam folders. If you are still having issues, please send me a Private message with the affected email address and I can check whether it has been blacklisted on our end.
