We updated our desktop AccountRight Plus to version 2026.6.0 yesterday (build 2026.6.1.11), and we are now having issues with emailing payslips. It says that they have been sent, but they're not showing up as sent in our Outlook, and the employees definitely have not received them. Help!
UPDATE - employees have received their payslips, but we still aren't seeing them as sent on Outlook like we always have been able to in the past.

Thanks for the update. It’s great to hear your employees have received their pay slips.
It’s worth checking if AccountRight is set up to send emails. If it’s using MYOB’s online email service, you can track the pay slips in AccountRight’s Sent Emails window instead of Outlook. If you’ve set Outlook as your default email program, make sure that the option to save copies of sent messages in Sent Items is enabled.
