Nice work double-checking the setup! If a payment shows a red cross error icon, some required information is missing or incorrect in your company file, either for the employee or their superannuation fund. The Pay Super transaction won’t be recorded until you fix the issue. Alternatively, you can proceed by selecting only the payment lines that don’t show the error icon to record those payments.
