PPL inconsistent

Hi,
 
I’ve noticed that every month when I pull the leave balance report, only PPL is inaccurate. It is randomly correct for some employees but incorrect for others. Some employees have already used up their PPL, yet the balance report still shows remaining leave.
 
When I cross-check with the payslips, everything appears correct, with no remaining PPL balance (in the payslips).  However, the inconsistency in the report is confusing.
 
Could you please assist with this issue?

    Hi IndigoHermawan,

     

    It's definitely odd that the leave balance report isn't matching the payslips, especially just for Paid Parental Leave. Since the payslips show the correct balance, it sounds like the report might not be refreshing properly or picking up all the changes.

     

    Could you check if the report is being run for the correct date range? If the issue persists, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can investigate the problem.
