Preview Pay Details During a payrun

Hi Community.

 

When you are processing a payrun in MYOB Accountright the preview pay details button lets you run those details and view or export to excel.

 

Unfortunately the CARD ID number is not visible in the excel output. However it is visible in the view of the report. There is no option to add this field and it is definitely already there.

 

Why is it not visible in excel. It is not hidden and is not in a different font.

 

How to we get this to be visible in excel, we need to sort the data by card ID as it is becoming very time consuming sorting staff by Name.

    I have replicated the issue in both the browser and desktop versions of our system and encountered the same problem: the Card ID does not appear in Excel exports, but it does show up in PDF exports. This suggests that the behavior is consistent across both software versions. I recommend raising this as a suggestion on our Product Ideas page so that our developers can review it and might consider including it in a future update.
