Re: Accountright - STP Finalisation reports don't match

Hi Mel,

 

I'm having similar issues with my EOY Verifiction Report, the figures just don't add up, not sure if I did something wrong when setting up STP Stage 2, the report shows Gross Wages but hasn't added the overtime but when I check the employees summary it shows there. Basically I have some Summary Payments with the correct information but incorrect in the YTD Report or YTD Report correct but Summary Payments are worng. Had no problems last year, this year is a disaster and there's a two hour wait to talk to a consultant. I'm actually considering hiring someone to fix it for me.

    Hi Abril4463, 

     

    Thanks for your post. I'd recommend going through our Community Forum post AccountRight reports don't match my STP reports, this has information and instructions on how to resolve this. 

     

    If you've done this and it is still not resolved, can you please confirm if the employees are terminated employees that you're having issues with ?

      Hi Melisa,

       

      My issue is not with Terminated Employees, it's with most of my employees. I'm paying for someone to help me out because I've read a lot of the members posts but nothing helps.  Thanks for trying.
