Can you get a PayClear report?

I had an amount turn up in our bank account from PayCLear but I don't know what it is for.   Is there a report I can get that says whose super got rejected? This is urgent becasue I need to repay t...

    Thanks Doreen for responding, I got an answer this morning from PaySuper so all good. Everybody... to get this info you can email paysuper@myob.com give them the info Doreen asked for and they will get back to you in a couple of days...

Thanks for your post.

 

To check whose super payment got rejected, kindly send me a private message with the following details:

 

  • Serial number
  • Name of primary contact and email address
  • Business name
  • Amount of the returned super contribution
  • Date of the original super payment
