Negative Super not shown in Pay Liabilites

I am trying to match the negative Super due to reversal of pays to fix an issue, however, the negatives do not appear in Pay Liabilities, only in Pay Super. Can you let me know how to fix this? Wil...

Hi Sue1234,

 

Thanks for sending the screenshot via private message. To answer your question, you can select both the negative and positive transaction from the Pay Super screen to offset the amount.

Thanks heaps. I will ask the Director to give it a try. So far 3 Support Teams said yes and One Support Team said no.
