Payslip not showing all YTD figures

Hi there,   I am wanting all YTD to figures to appear on the most recent payslip. Currently the payslips are only showing YTD figures for categories used in that payrun.    Is it also possible to...

Hi twbs,

 

Thank you for the post. I'll be glad to help you with this. To include all YTD figures, go to Setup>>Preferences>>Reports and Forms and make sure to tick the box that says, 'Include all YTD amounts and Entitlement Balances on Paycheque Stubs'.

This is not working in MYOB AR, I already have that box ticked and have the same issue?????

    Hi Kerry_Black,

     

    If a category wasn't used in that pay run, there's no way to include its YTD figures. The system only picks up what's actually processed in that run.

     

    If you still need assistance with this, it's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount.
