Hi, yes I am still having this problem, which has become REALLY annoying.
I now have 60 employees, and this week only 30 emails sent, so I have to painstakingly go through the 30 emails, work out whose sent, and then go through and individually send the other 30!
As mentioned previously there is no rhyme nor reason to this - different ones send each week - two payrolls ago, they even all sent and I got excited, but this payroll back to adhoc again.
A proper fix to this would be fantastic !

Thank you for getting in touch, and I apologize for the delay in responding. Some users managed to resolve the issue by following these steps:
- Clear your AccountRight cache
- Uninstall and reinstall AccountRight.
- If you're using antivirus software, temporarily disable it for a few minutes and troubleshoot by sending an email. Please remember to re-enable your antivirus afterward.
If the issue persists, please inform us so we can escalate this matter to the appropriate team for further assistance.

EarlBeen having the same problem for some months - have just done this last suggestion and one payslip I sent came through. As noted though the test is when you send the whole lot - do they actually go? Have a payrun Wednesday so will find out then.
