Been having the same problem for some months - have just done this last suggestion and one payslip I sent came through. As noted though the test is when you send the whole lot - do they actually go? Have a payrun Wednesday so will find out then.

I have just actioned the last suggestion too - my next payroll not till next week - fingers crossed for both of us!!
