Recurring issue - cannot open an employee card file

Hi,

 

I continually get the "somethings gone wrong" when I try to open a card file for one of my employees. I have tried restarting account right several times. I need to access the employee's file to update his information.

 

Any ideas? I need to fix it to correctly process pays..

    Update: I have also tried accessing the card file int he web version of MYOB and it says "something went wrong try refreshing your browser etc" 

    Not working!

    Hi rachelpd,

    Thanks for your detailed post. It seems you've accidentally saved the same employee information twice, causing this issue. To fix it, we have an online script that we can run on the back end. Please reply with the last four digits of your Serial Number and Company File ID, and I will arrange this for you.

    Hi Earl,

     

    Still having a problem with this card file. can you please follow up?

     

    I've purposely now created a duplicate (which is also causing the same error) as i needed to get pays done with an ammendment to his tax.

     

    I can't keep creating new card files for the same employee everytime i need to change a detail.

     

    Can you please  help???? Company file infomration in my previous reply. Its now been 3 weeks.
