Reduce Leave Balances

Hello, Part of our company was sold. We have 2 employees with current leave balances moving to that company. How do we reduce their leave balances as we are not physically paying these out. They will be transfered to the new company as part of the sale. We will then be making their Card profiles Inactive. Thank you.
