Welcome to the Community Forum. After changing the Advanced Filters - are you clicking the refresh button (usually in the top right-hand corner), to prompt the software to load the information again?
If you do that and still not seeing anything, could you reply with a screenshot?
(You can use the Microsoft snipping tool to create screenshots and remove sensitive information, then click on Photos to upload).
