Sending an update event will allow you to send the most updated figures to your employees. You may check the Payroll Register and Payroll Activity Summary reports to make sure that you have the correct figures for your employees. Also, make sure that each payroll category used has been assigned to the correct ATO reporting category. To do this, you may check the Help Article: Assign ATO reporting categories for Single Touch Payroll reporting for further information.
