Reverse PaySuper - 1 employee only

After paying Superannuation for all 4 employees, 1 super fund payment was returned.

How can I reverse the PaySuper to only reverse the payment for 1 employee?

For reference see below. I paid $674.70 but only $84 was returned.

when I go to reverse the payment, the whole amount is reversed. Does that mean I have to go ahead and reverse everyone's Super and then pay it again? Doesn't seem right.

    Hi kikidedes,

     

    Thanks for the screenshot. When you reverse a Pay Super batch, the individual contributions in that batch will show again with your other unpaid super contributions. If one contribution has been returned by a super fund, the best thing to follow is the returned contribution process here: Returned superannuation contributions That guide steps through how to handle the returned amount properly from there.
