Reversing payroll error - Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close
Hi,
We have an ETP payment for last financial year and the payroll category wasn't set up correctly so it isn't showing as an ETP in STP.
We need to delete/reverse this payment and reprocess correctly however everytime it brings up an error 'Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close' We have been trying for the last week to fix this but keep getting the same error.
