Salary sacrifice superannuation is not displaying on payslips

My payslips are not reporting amounts that employees have salary sacrificed to superannuation. Not sure why but an MYOB update happened today and I think it is a glitch. The pays are correct and th...

    Hi lp555, 

     

    You can check this preferences by going to the Payroll window > Payroll categories > Superannuation tab > Open salary sacrifice the category via blue arrow.

Hello, 

Thank you for your response but  I cannot find where to tick and save PRINT ON PAYSLIP in my payroll categories.

I could only find something to tick in SETUP, PREFERENCES, REPORTS AND FORMS. So I ticked the box to include all entitlement balances on payslips.

Please tell me how I can get to the box to tick PRINT ON PAYSLIP.
