Sorry for the delayed responsne. That does seem unusual, especially since you’ve already confirmed the super fund details are all correct.
Based on the screenshot, MYOB is seeing this SMSF as invalid for Pay Super, so it won’t let that contribution go through and asks you to deselect the payment.
Since you’ve already confirmed the ABN is active and the fund details are correct, you’ll need to contact support so they can look into why Pay Super is still flagging it this way. You can do that by creating a ticket in My Account or chatting with our team through MOCA, our viirtual assistant.
