Self onboarding information not uploaded to MYOB

Hi,   Sent the Self-onboarding email to a new starter, they completed the form and submitted the information. MYOB showed that the invite had been completed but no information has been added to the...

Thank you for your post. f you're still experiencing this can you please attach a screenshot of what your employee are seeing on their end when they attempt to submit the form?
