Thanks for the response. If this was part set up it was months ago and we have not received the deposit of any sms. Is there somehow we can reset this and start the set up again? Or can we identify when the $0.01 was deposited or who the code was SMSm'd too. I have referred to this link several times but it gives not give any further instructions if sent straight to verification.

Given it was started months ago and there's been no $0.01 deposit or SMS come through, there isn't a way to reset the Pay Super setup or check where the code was sent from. Once it goes straight to the verification screen, it needs to be picked up on the backend. The best next step is to reach out directly to our Pay Super team by emailing paysuper@myob.com. They'll be able to look into what's happened with the setup and get things moving again for you.
