Something has gone wrong with payroll in new financial year

Hi we are trying to process our first payroll in the new financial year and when we process it the payrun comes up blank with zeros. It seems as thought this has been a previous issue - is someone able to assist us in correcting this issue

Hi TaliMackay&nbsp;Thank you so much for your post and Welcome to the Community Forum!A blank screen when processing a payrun can be caused by employees linked to&nbsp;Allowances and Per Hour Standard Earnings and the amount is blank instead of $0.00 or higher.
&nbsp;
To check if this is causing your issue:
&nbsp;

go to Payroll&gt;&gt;Pay items
 click on the ellipsis&gt;&gt;edit for any pay items with the type Allowance and Standard earnings
 enter 0.00 into the Amount field and save
