Something's gone wrong and AccouRight needs to close

Good morning, this is the second file this has happen to me today.  I cannot open the employee card file.

    Hi Earl_HD

    thank you for your message.  I am still not having any luck solving this issue and more employees are now affected, I can not open their card file

I've checked our records, but I'm unable to locate the serial number ending in 8002 associated with your email address.
