STP - was running EOFY Finalisation report - everything was matching, submitted the reports, then all became nil

Issue is that the Wages were reported as $0 and only the tax withholding was correct.  Had to recall the submission but why did the figures change when they were originally correct on screen   Than...

Thank you for your post. 

 

I'm unsure as to why this occurred for you, however, if your reports are still not correct, I would advise processing a $0 Pay run dated 30th of June for all employees that are not balancing on STP (this includes terminated employees). This should pull through your correct payroll data and update STP accordingly.
