Hi Leneth,
I sent the update event using MYOB browser but received the error that I attached earlier.
It keeps giving me the same error notification after multiple trials.
FYI, i already have the full admin permission for the MYOB file.
Hi Thanks for the update.
Can you check if the employee sending update event to ATO is added as declarer for STP ? To add declarer please check this Help Article Add a declarer for Single Touch Payroll reporting.
Please don't hesitate to post again if you need help in the future.

Hi Leneth_A,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I have added myself as a declarer for STP. There is no issue for me to declare this to ATO when I process weekly payrun.
This issue only occur when I use the <Send Update Event> function in app.myob in order to update a payroll category that was assigned incorrectly when we moved to STP 2.
There are a few of employees got affected and their YTD balance is not matching with MYOB report. Therefore it will be great if we can get this <Send Update Event> function working.

Hi, did you read our response? We have tried this already. It is not happening on our side.
These sorry of canned response solutions to generic errors without actually looking at the problem really don't help
There is a real problem here not a caching issue
