STP adjust

HI MYOB,   I got 1 employee with ETP tax free and ETP tax free componnet , however when sent it to STP they are exactly double amount that we paid on ETP Tax free component .  Can you please advise...

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    We are aware of this issue and this is under investigation by our dedicated team. The possible cause is if you've terminated and employee and processed and ETP for them over the last financial year, while you are in STP 1 with a STP 2 ATO reporting category not assigned and later transitioned to STP 2.

     

    I would suggest to reverse the original pay and reprocess again in STP2 reports.
