STP Filing Issue with Reverse Payrun

Hi,   My client has processed a reverse Payrun in MYOB but the STP has come through as an update event instead of a pay event.    So the Payroll figures showing on the ATO are not accounting ...

Hey hannahpycroft,

 

Your client can send an update event to make sure the correct payroll figures are sent to the ATO. After sending an update event, log in to the ATO portal and verify that the payroll figures match your records. You can check this link for more information.
