STP Finalisation screen showing wrong figures but reports are correct

Ok so the STP finalisation screen is showing the wrong Gross Payments figure in the top right hand corner and also against 1 employee's name. All other employees are showing correct figures and when drilling down into the employee concerned the Summary of Payment report it is correct. This one employee's gross figure showing is the gross payments (Gross figures as per STP2) plus Overtime, paid leave, Bonus and unused leave at termination.  I  undid termination of this employee and it didnt change, have sent update event and still not changed. Yet all reports downloaded as pdf are correct.
