STP finalised with wages figures more than Payroll Register for 2 employees

Question

Hello :-)I am new to MYOB, just trying to help a client with 2023 STP finalisation that has gone wrong.&nbsp; Have narrowed it down to 2 employees having different (higher in fact) gross pay/allowances/tax/super on the STP finalisation lodged than they have showing on the payroll summary/payroll activity/payroll register reports for the 2023 year.&nbsp; But now I am completely stuck as to what to do next - MYOB help said to check the Pay History for manual changes, but that is for the current (2024) year only from what I can tell.&nbsp; There have been multiple pay runs done for 2024 already, issue only came up yesterday and STP finalisation was done weeks ago (without reconciliation).&nbsp; Is there another way to see pay history?&nbsp; Does anyone have any other bright ideas on what could possibly cause an STP finalisation to have higher figures than the payroll summary/register/activity reports show for the same year?&nbsp; The employees are both inactive/left during the 2023 year.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Thank you :-)

 Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.
 &nbsp;
 If the figures don't match, kindly generate the Payroll Activity and Payroll Register to see which report has the correct figures. Also, please check each payroll category used and make sure they were assigned to the correct ATO Reporting Category. If changes have been made, kindly send update event. Once done, please see the STP figures and reports again if they do match.
