My STP reporting portal has a transaction that is not in my MYOB payroll, and also has a payrun that is slightly incorrect (out by a few dollars). My payrolls are all correct in MYOB; my payroll summaries, journals and activity reports all match. Where can I find the discrepancies and how do I reconcile one to the other? I have held off submitting the incorrect payrun in STP portal.

My apologies for the late response. It's advisable to verify the Year-to-Date (YTD) information by reviewing the YTD verification report available under the EOFY finalization tab. Ensuring alignment between this report and the data presented in the EOFY finalization tab offers a robust assurance that the information being sent to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) at the end of the financial year accurately represents your records.
