Thank you for attaching screenshots, that’s certainly a strange one. When you open the STP screen and see nothing showing for a pay period, even though you’ve already processed a pay run, it’s usually because the pay runs were set up before you got STP up and running. Pay runs done before STP is set up won’t show up in the STP window, the software just skips them. The good news is, any pay runs you create from here on out will show up as normal. So you’re all sorted for your next lot of pays.
