To resolve the error, "Something went wrong. Try refreshing your browser; if the issue persists, contact MYOB support," here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:
- Check General Payroll Information: Go to Setup > General Payroll Information and ensure that a default super fund has been selected. Update any other necessary details.
- Set Up Employee Card File: Make sure that at least one employee card file is set up. You can do this by navigating to Card File > Cards List > Employee.
